After pastoring for 6 years, Pastor Tracy took a break from the pastor role. He became a Junior, Earliteen, and Youth Sabbath School teacher for 7 years. Then when he became a Conference Youth Director he brought with him the heart and soul of youth ministry – which is connection and interaction with youth each Sabbath morning in Sabbath School. It is Youth Sabbath School that feeds and develops all other youth ministry activities within the church and throughout the community. Pastor Tracy currently serves as Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries for the Seventh-day Adventist Church throughout North America.
